RETURN POLICY

 

At Feels Great On You, we take pride in the high quality of products that we sell, and as our valued customer, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our policies on returns and refunds are described below.

 

RETURNS
We try to provide the most detailed and accurate sizing advice to help you make the correct size choice, and we encourage customers to contact us with sizing inquiries at info@feelsgreatonyou.com.au. We do, however, understand that sometimes things don’t quite fit, and we are happy to accept returns and exchange items provided that the product returned:
• is undamaged
• has the original tags/ labels attached and is in the original packaging
• hasn’t been stained or soiled (including but not limited to make-up)
• doesn’t smell of smoke, tobacco, perfume etc.
• hasn’t been washed
• hasn’t been altered
• hasn’t been worn.

Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving your items.

Exchanges may not always be possible due to availability of size, style or colour, sale items or in some limited collections. You may however wish to exchange for another item. In such circumstances we will exchange for an item of equal value to the original item purchased.

For hygiene reasons, we do not exchange intimate objects such as: hosiery, panties, thongs, and swimwear bottoms. These items cannot be exchanged; they can only be refunded if there is a confirmed manufacturing fault.

Items damaged as a result of inappropriate use will not be refunded or exchanged. This includes failing to follow the manufacturer’s care and washing instructions. At times creasing may occur in some products during shipping in circumstances that are beyond our control. Creasing does not constitute a manufacturing fault.

Returns shipping costs for change of mind reasons and due to sizing errors are at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a registered and traceable shipping method for your returns as Feels Great On You will not take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit. You may also wish to insure your item.

 

REFUNDS
In the unlikely event that your goods are delivered with a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@feelsgreatonyou.com.au within 3 working days of receiving the goods, describing the problem. If a manufacturing fault is identified, we require that you return the product and the original packaging with tags and we will either:

1) Exchange the product where stock availability permits; or
2) Provide you with a full refund for the purchase price of the item as stated on the tax invoice, refunded via the same method in which the good was purchased where possible.

We offer the same options if you have received an incorrect item (different item than what you ordered).

Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed or you received an incorrect item, Feels Great On You will cover the return shipping costs. However, please contact us prior to making any shipping arrangements at info@feelsgreatonyou.com.au to discuss and confirm the best return shipping option.

All refund requests will be processed either for exchange or for a refund, provided that the product returned:
• is undamaged
• has the original tags/ labels attached and is in the original packaging
• hasn’t been stained or soiled (including but not limited to make-up)
• doesn’t smell of smoke, tobacco, perfume etc.
• hasn’t been washed
• hasn’t been altered
• hasn’t been worn.

Confirmation of manufacturing faults and refunds are at the discretion of Feels Great On You.

For retailers: Please be aware that as the majority of our products are made to order, and we cannot guarantee an immediate replacement of a faulty good in the same size, style or colour.
