What is the safest way to wash your products?

Care and washing instructions are found on both the product tags and product sewn in labels. Some of the most frequently used symbols on our labels are:

My country is not on your shipping list

Simply email us on info@feelsgreatonyou.com.au for more information on shipping to your country.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification from our system that your order has been dispatched.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be dispatched ASAP upon confirmation of payment. Delivery times are detailed in our Shipping link.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched including an Australia Post or courier tracking number for reference.

Will my delivery have to be signed for?

Yes, our secure delivery service requires a signature. In the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left to advise of redelivery or collection options.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we do. Large parcels and items requiring a signature will be treated in the same way as a missed delivery to your home – a notification card will be left in your box and your delivery can be collected over the counter with suitable ID.

What to do when my personal details change?

Just log in to your My Account at www.feelsgreatonyou.com.au with your email address and password, and then click on ‘Edit Personal Details’.

Where do I send my returns to?

Please contact us info@feelsgreatonyou.com.au and tell us the nature of the return. We will then instruct you how best to return it to us. More information is available in our RETURN POLICY.

How will I be refunded if I return an item?

Where possible, refunds are issued in the same way as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, then the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.

Is there a physical store for me to try things on?

No, we are fully online. However, feel free to email us at info@feelsgreatonyou.com.au with sizing enquiries or other questions.

What are your sizes like?

In the conversion from European to the Australian size system, we are rather on the small side compared with other retailers. See our SIZE GUIDE located under the description of each product page if you are not sure, otherwise email us and we can provide exact measurements.

The item I want is out of stock – when will it be available?

We try to ensure that all advertised products are in stock. If an item you want appears as out of stock, please contact us for an availability date.

Can I place an item on hold or purchase it lay-by?

Items must be purchased and paid for immediately, we do not offer hold or lay-by options.

Feels Great On You uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWay provides a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet and is a Tier-1 PCI-DSS Certified Gateway. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWay gateway are secured payments.
